Return Policy

All sales are finals. All refunds or exchanges will be determined on a case by case basis. Please contact customer service at merch@whitestonebranding.com or via mail at 4185 Tiberon Drive, attn: GoldFish, Oceanside, CA 92056 if you have any issues.

Shipping Policy

Pre-Sale Items will ship within 4 to 6 weeks of purchase or sooner where possible. We offer a $7 flat rate on shipping smaller items and a $13.50 flat rate on larger items.

We are currently only able to process orders for the US & Canada. Stay tuned for an announcement regarding international orders.
